About us.

Power has many forms.

It’s not just physical strength or flexibility. It’s confidence, resilience, self-awareness, creativity, and connection. Power is personal and built over time through consistent movement, mindful practices, and supportive community.

Our mission is to create a welcoming, multi-disciplinary studio where people can build strength, improve mobility, and support their mental and emotional wellbeing in a sustainable way. Through Yoga, Pilates, Holistic Wellness Practices, Community Events, and Workshops, we offer practical tools that help people move better, manage stress, and feel more at ease in their bodies.

We prioritise thoughtful instruction, inclusive spaces, and a strong sense of community. Whether someone is new to movement or deepening an existing practice, Power Parlour is a place to feel supported, challenged, and encouraged.

Power Parlour exists to help people feel capable, grounded, and connected - so they can show up stronger in their everyday lives.
