  • Body Roll Massage is an effective lymphatic drainage therapy that not only relieves muscle tension but also helps flush out toxins that your body doesn’t need. This type of massage is beneficial for reducing cellulite, toning the body, and firming the skin, making it an excellent choice for improving overall physical wellness and appearance.

  • To achieve the best results, we recommend starting with a series of 10 sessions. Initially, these should be scheduled 2-3 times per week, with each session lasting 45 minutes. After completing the initial series, we advise continuing with a weekly session to maintain and enhance the results over time.

  • Our Body Roll Lymphatic Drainage Massage is designed to support and enhance the natural functions of the lymphatic system. It helps in losing inches by detoxifying the body, reducing cellulite, and easing muscle tension, particularly after intense physical activity. When paired with consistent physical training and good dietary habits, the benefits can significantly enhance your fitness and health regimen.

  • We offer 15, 30, and 45-minute sessions, each designed to provide targeted, effective lymphatic drainage. During every session, participants engage in a carefully crafted sequence of exercises, each focusing on specific muscle groups and areas of the body. This strategic, methodical approach ensures thorough coverage, optimising the efficiency and benefits of the lymphatic drainage process for maximum results.

  • To ensure comfort and safety during your massage, please wear fitted gym clothing that does not have zippers or buttons. Socks are required. We recommend that men wear long workout pants and a T-shirt, while women should opt for long leggings and a form-fitting T-shirt. All jewellery should be removed before the session to avoid any accidents.

  • Body Roll Massage is more intense than regular massages and typically not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women due to the strong effects it can have, including the mobilisation of toxins which may affect breast milk. We highly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider to determine if this massage is safe for you during these periods.

  • Keeping hydrated is essential during the lymphatic drainage process as it activates the lymph system, which relies on fluid movement within the body. Adequate water consumption before, during, and after your session helps facilitate the detoxification process and prevent dehydration. Water is available for in our studio to ensure you stay well-hydrated.
