This is a powerful vinyasa experience designed to refine your edge and sharpen your mind beginning with grounding breathwork and meditation before building into a strong rhythmic flow that develops dharana (focus) and tapas (discipline).

Expect creative transitions, advanced postures, inversions and playful challenges that expand your limits while staying anchored in steady gaze (Drishti) and controlled breath (pranayama). The practice closes with mantra and integration leaving you clear energised and deeply connected physically expanded mentally focused and reset from the inside out.
